Would Magnus fit in this car?

I think I saw a Tango car on 101S near San Antonio on Thursday morning.

I never got closer than two cars away, so I'm only guessing it was a Tango car, but it was sure skinny. It was also blue, in case anyone knows more about these cars than can be found here.

Speaking of small cars, I also have caught my first glimpes at the Smartfortwo car having seen two in the past 10 days.
