Bowling update
Oops, I've forgotten to give my bowling updates over the last few months. Sorry to you loyal readers (all 2 of you).
So all along, I've been saying that Wii Bowling has ruined, or at least ruins temporarily, my real life bowling skills. The short term corollary seems to hold true as my first couple throws usually suck. However, if I take a broader view of things...maybe it isn't so bad.
Case in point...up through the autumn, my bowling average was sitting under 150. A good game here, a bad game here. Then in the beginning of December, I started pouring it on. Averaging over 160 with 2 200 games, and brought my 50 game average up over 150. Coincidentally (or not?), I got a Wii over Thanksgiving. Hmmmm...
Last night, after a couple games of Wii Bowling over the weekend, I had another strong night. 165, 144, 202. A 500 series...I get these less often than I do 200 games. Maybe it's time to start Wii training. =)
